Peerfold/The Customer Education Platform for Education-Led Growth
Every release widens the gap between what your product can do and what your customers know it can do.
Peerfold closes it. Teach your customers, keep them in the room, let the best of them sell for you, and open the front door to the next ones. Four separate products, sold on their own, on one member identity and one CRM record. Built with the AI agents you already use.
Fourteen-day trial, every feature on, no card. 0% transaction fees.
Most companies have no system that keeps customers current at the pace they ship.
So onboarding goes stale, support tickets repeat, expansion stalls, and the CRM your revenue team trusts cannot see any of it. Education became the growth channel; the tooling stayed four subscriptions and the glue between them.
Onboarding goes stale
The course was written for the version before last. Nobody has time to rewrite it, so nobody does.
Tickets repeat, expansion stalls
The same question three times a week. Customers who never found the feature never buy the tier that has more of it.
The CRM is blind to learning
Sales cannot see who finished the course, who answers questions in the community, or who a partner brought in. So they guess.
Customers who understand you stay
Teaching people is how you earn the right to grow with them. It should not require four tools and a spreadsheet.
The same platform, read from your chair.
Course activity on the contact record, and a site that tells sales who is ready.
Every enrollment, completion and community post lands on the contact your lists and workflows already read. Buying intent from the site is scored first-party and written back. No new dashboard to evangelize.

Not a clubhouse. The people who build on Peerfold answer for adoption, retention, and training revenue.
Building on the API instead? See the developer platform
We have watched education become the growth channel for a decade. We built the tool we always wanted to hand you.
Impulse Creative has been a HubSpot Solutions Partner since 2012 and has run HubLMS, a leading LMS for HubSpot, since 2020. Peerfold is the next generation of that work: a standalone platform that keeps its native CRM connection and adds SCORM, agent-drafted courses, credentials that count, a community, a partner program and a website builder, on one record.
"Peerfold is what we always wanted to hand those companies: an LMS where the CRM already knows what every learner did, and where an AI agent can turn the expertise sitting in your call recordings into a course before lunch."
Four products. One record. Buy the one your customers need first.
Quenlow, our sample customer, runs all four. Watch one customer, Priya at Halden Freight, move through them, and watch her HubSpot record fill in as she goes. Each move is a separate Peerfold product with its own price and its own page below. Buy one, add the others from Settings → Billing.
Peerfold Sites is the agent-first CMS. Pages that know who's reading, and tell sales who's ready.
Describe a page to Claude and it drafts it in Peerfold, bound to your CRM. Known visitors are greeted by name from the contact record. Buying intent is scored first-party, on your domain, and written back to HubSpot or Day AI, so the first thing sales sees is who read the pricing page three times.
- 01An agent-first CMS: Claude drafts pages and sections over MCP; a person approves the publish
- 02Cookieless identity: a verified email, not a tracker
- 03WCAG 2.2 AA, under 1.5 seconds, built for AI search
Agents your ops team can trust.
Halden Freight is on the Team plan. Business adds policy controls and two exam seats for your certified builders.
Peerfold Academy is the LMS. Build your own academy: courses, certifications and commerce on your domain.
Hand the call recordings and the docs to Claude or Peerfold AI and review what it drafts. Bring your SCORM library as-is. Certify with serial-numbered certificates, Open Badges and CEU credits that file themselves. Sell courses, memberships and team seats on your own Stripe at 0% fees. Every completion lands on the contact.
- 01Three-pane editor, 23 block types, quizzes and timed exams
- 02Deadlines, recertification, SSO, organization seats, 11 languages
- 03Lists enroll; sync health shows every write to the CRM
Peerfold Community is the customer community. The room they stay in after the course, on the same record.
Rooms at four visibility tiers, threads with pins and marked solutions, polls, an ideas board your customers vote on, and a moderation queue somebody is working. Certifications from Academy show as standing. A customer who stopped opening courses but answers three questions a week is visible to your CRM as what they are: active.
- 01One member profile across courses, credentials and conversations
- 02Visibility decided on the server, on every surface, every time
- 03Engagement signals on the contact; 50 agent tools, 39 endpoints
Check whether the tolerance band is set on the agent or the workspace. The agent inherits unless you override it.
Marco's right. Lesson 4 covers it: set tolerance.max on the agent. Marking this so it sorts to the front.
Peerfold PRM is the partner program. Tiers, lead registration and commissions, on your CRM records.
Partners sign in with the same emailed code your learners use and find their own area of the portal. Tiers are earned by certified staff, not sales volume. They register leads against a duplicate check that answers in one of five ways, follow deals your team owns, and read a commission statement worked out once. Peerfold keeps the ledger and moves no money.
- 01Eight permissions per tier; off removes the surface, never locks it
- 02Lead protection stamped at registration; sync both ways with HubSpot
- 03Payout runs with a receipt; ten partners or ten thousand, same price
Agent first. CRM native. One core under all four.
Courses, rooms, tiers and pages are structured objects, so Claude, ChatGPT, a HubSpot Breeze agent or a Day AI agent can draft any of them through one MCP server, and Peerfold AI checks the result in the app. Agents work in drafts; a person approves. Every result writes to HubSpot, Salesforce or Day AI.
Properties, timeline events, active lists, Breeze agents. One-press setup adds what's missing and renames nothing.
Related objects and rollups on Contact, Account and Opportunity. Flows act on certifications and partner pipeline.
People, accounts and meetings. Day AI agents draft the follow-up from what a customer learned, asked and bought.
Your domain, your email, your certificates
The hosted portal, a Peerfold Site, a WordPress plugin, inside your HubSpot theme, or fully headless through OpenAPI 3.1 and React components. Same core, same member identity.
The whole platform as an API
Typed SDKs, React hooks, a 32-event HMAC-signed webhook catalog, sandbox tenants, and an agent devkit with CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md and llms.txt. Quenlow's own site is headless.
Ninety days from now, one of these is true.
- ×The onboarding course still describes the version before last.
- ×Support answers the same question three times a week, in private.
- ×Partners email spreadsheets; nobody knows what they are owed.
- ×Sales calls the wrong accounts, because the CRM cannot see who learned what.
- ✓An agent drafts the update from the release notes; you approve it before lunch.
- ✓Certified customers answer each other in the room, and the answer sorts to the front.
- ✓Partners register leads and read a statement; commission is written back to the deal.
- ✓Sales sees who is certified, active and reading the pricing page, on the record they already use.
Pick a plan. Everything is already on.
Fourteen days free, every feature switched on, no card. Deep CRM sync and 0% transaction fees on every plan. Add the other moves from Settings → Billing.
FAQ
Questions about Peerfold
What is Peerfold?
Peerfold is a customer education platform made by Impulse Creative. It runs four products in one workspace, with one sign-in for each member: Peerfold Academy for courses and certification, Peerfold Community for discussion, Peerfold PRM for partner programs and Peerfold Sites for your website. What each person does lands on their contact and company records in your CRM.
Does it work with HubSpot?
Yes, Peerfold syncs with HubSpot in both directions. Enrollments, progress, exam scores, certificates and continuing-education credits land on the contact, with timeline notes for completions and milestones, and HubSpot lists can enroll and remove people automatically. Peerfold also syncs with Day AI and Salesforce.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $209/mo for Starter. Professional is $816/mo, Enterprise is $1,800/mo, and the Community plan, for a community without an academy, is $700/mo. Each plan costs about 28% less billed annually. Community is also a $350/mo add-on to any academy plan, and Peerfold PRM is a $350/mo add-on to any plan. Every plan starts with a fourteen-day free trial with every feature on and no card required. Peerfold Sites is a separate product, and its pricing is coming soon.
How is it different from HubLMS?
Peerfold is the upgraded version of HubLMS, Impulse Creative's learning product for HubSpot. It does everything HubLMS does inside HubSpot, and it adds the rest: SCORM and xAPI playback, an AI course builder, a community, a partner program, a website builder, and a REST API and MCP server that AI agents can work through.
Can AI agents build courses?
Yes. Peerfold ships an MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT or a HubSpot Breeze agent can draft a course from your source material, add quizzes and exams, enroll learners and run reports. Every write an agent makes is audit-logged, and publishing is always a separate, explicit step, so a draft never goes live as a side effect of an edit. Peerfold AI, inside the editor, drafts courses from pasted material too and flags its quiz drafts for a person to review.
